Here’s how the auction and preview will work:
- Bidding opens Friday, February 28 at 12 noon
- On-site preview* Saturday, February 29, 1-4 PM
- On-site preview* Sunday, March 1, 1-4 PM
- Online bidding open from Friday, February 28 at 12 noon until Friday, March 6
*Because parking is extremely limited and the preview space is small and tightly packed with lots, there will be a restricted on-site preview. Please call to make a preview appointment (609-448-7653), and you will be given the address at that time.
Bid Closing Day
On Friday, March 6, Lot #1 will close at 6 PM; the rest of the lots will close in sequential order EVERY 10 SECONDS. Because lots will close quickly, it’s best to get your bids in early so you don’t miss out on the lots you want.
The auction features soft closings, so any bids made in the last moments of each lot will extend the bidding 2 minutes on that lot. Because of this, some items may close out of sequence. Again, it’s best to have your bids in ahead of time.
Payment and Pickup
Invoices will be sent immediately after the last lot closes. Payment must be made before pickup.
Pickup times:
- Saturday, March 7 from 9 AM to 4 PM
- Sunday, March 8 from 10 AM to 4 PM
If you can’t pick up your items at the above times, call before you bid—shipping is expensive!
Call to make an appointment for pickup (609-448-7653) so we can have your purchases ready for you and make checkout quick for everyone. We’ll bring your items to the front door for you, and we’ll have staff on site to help with both preview and checkout.
