All of the equipment in this auction has been well maintained and was functional through the close of the business. Most of the items have been in storage for the last five years.

Directions:
From Rt. 130:
Take Voelbel Road from 130 about ¼ mile to stop sign. Make a left onto Perrineville Road. IPS Nursery is the last property on the right. If you go over the Turnpike Bridge you’ve gone too far!
From Rt. 195, Exit 7A:
Take Rt. 539 North (Old York Road) toward Hightstown. At first light (approx. 4.5 miles) make a left onto Windsor-Perrineville Road (Church of God on left corner) – ¼ mile bear right onto Perrineville Road, go up and over the Turnpike Bridge. IPS Nursery is the first property on the left.
