On August 19, 2018 Alfred had run an estate auction which, in spite of rainy weather conditions, was very successful.
Our auction focus was on a great deal of tools, but more difficult for us was the Remote Control Hobby and Woodworking shop. The amount of inventory and machinery was overwhelming and a great burden to us. Alfred came in, observed the contents and assured us he could auction off a large portion of the estate. We worked with Alfred for two weeks prior to the auction, he was easy going, interesting to speak with and honest. We convinced Alfred to include the contents of the house; he was clear about the return on the contents and we auctioned off 80-90% of the entire estate.
